Does anyone know the song used in the Watchmen dvd TV commercial?

Anyone able to help me out on this one? I heard the song years ago, liked it and was really surprised to hear it as background for the Watchmen DVD commercial. I just have no idea what the song is or who sings it. A haunting tune to say the least. Thanks!!
I checked out the albums from the movie and found nothing.

The problem is they often use songs in the trailers that are not really in the movie or soundtrack...I'll look around.
